September has come and almost gone already so we’re wrapping up entries this week (already!)

To facilitate things, we’re:
– Extending the 7 October SAMPLES DEADLINE for a few extra days
– Canadian Brands (national postal strike) kindly courier your samples but we’ll allow extra time for delays, and samples can go to Ottawa or Vancouver (NOT the USA). We also have two new Canadian judges this year for the first time.
– If it’s your first time entering, we may not have time to reply to individual questions – so please refer to the FAQs page (on the home page)
– Boxes are flying in now, and we’ll confirm safe arrivals but this might not be until Friday 3 October and then again after the 7 October deadline, thank you for your patience. The volume of emails at this time of year is enormous.
MAMA & BABY AWARDS
ENTRY DEADLINE – POSSIBLE EXTENSION
– We may extend the MAMA & BABY and ECO AWARDS deadline (currently 30 Sept) as these awards are held in April 2026, not March like the beauty awards.
I know many baby brands were unaware of the date change as it’s the first year that ALL THE AWARDS open and close on the same date.
The Baby Awards usually open in April so it’s much earlier this year.
So any Mother/Baby Brands who were not aware of the 30 September deadline please email us with FAST TRACK in the subject line so we can help get you in on time!
There are some strong trends coming out of this year’s entries – I’ll share these when things are calmer, they are very clearly defined, which is interesting and one “category” under the Beauty Shortlist Awards has skyrocketed. (I’ll write about it soon).
Good luck everyone. We’re here to help, and I know for many smaller indie green brands times are not the easiest, so we’re with you and will try to assist as far as possible.
Finally! NEW LAUNCHES – the samples deadline does not apply so make sure we know your entry or entries are new products and we’ll advise re the samples deadline for those.
