2023 BEAUTY SHORTLIST ECO AWARDS: THE WINNERS
Every day, what we do, buy, drink, eat, use, drive, etc affects not just our wellbeing but the health and future of our planet.
So “immense gratitude and respect” for this year’s Eco Lifestyle Awards winners for doing what they do – and persevering – to make things better.
These awards celebrate the game-changers in the beauty, health and green home space. We’re ardent fans of eco cleaning products and you’ll find some of the best on this year’s winners list.
And kudos to the beauty brands that give back by planting trees with every order, or partnering with organisations such as TerraCycle, or consciously choosing to use nature-friendly plastic packaging alternatives (like Finnish eco brand Sulapac, which is made from plant fibres and wood chips, a by-product from sustainably managed forests).
There’s so much we can do. We must do better. Fresh produce (in fact pretty much everything) doesn’t have to be plastic-wrapped! It’s too easy to toss plastic into bins – or worse, litter the earth and choke the sea and the creatures that live in it.
Because the grim and often fatal warnings – like storms, floods and droughts – of our seemingly irresponsible nonchalance will keep coming.
But today (today = every day) we’re celebrating and spotlighting the brands “doing better” in different ways and it feels great to support them.
