Spring is officially with us and with things feeling lighter and brighter, I wanted to share some of the natural makeup winners at this year’s awards which took place on 2 March.
The lipstick category winners did especially well, and there might be a couple of brands you’re not familiar with in this line-up. Marks were awarded for ingredients, pigmentation, texture, taste and “long lasting factor”.

As well as past winners from: Nude by Nature and Weleda and although Korres has never entered their lip products (only skincare) their Morello Voluminous Lip Gloss is one I’ve bought quite a few times. It’s rich, glossy and does make lips appear fuller.
Three new favourites from the awards were Luk Beautifood (AUS), Madame Gabriela (USA) and NailKind (originally a Danish brand and – brilliant – available at high street big name Superdrug).
