A TOUCH OF GREENERY: 7 WAYS TO CELEBRATE PANTONE’S COLOUR OF THE YEAR
It looks like we’ll really be wading in greenery this year – not only is the leafy, low key “Greenery” Pantone’s official colour of the year, chances are we can expect another we-have-lift-off year for green beauty, as eco/organic/natural sales look likely to grow along with the numbers of green beauty converts.
This year feels like it’s splicing into two very distinct camps: Artificial Intelligence v. Natural Intelligence in a nutshell.
In the beauty world, you might say synthetics v. naturals. Robots v. Humans. Digital v. Real Life. Scientific drugs v. Mother Nature’s Plants. Automated v. Manual. Fast Food v. Slow Food. Internet v. Into Nature.

Bamford, Dr Organic, Gaia Spa and Weleda have all scored well as we hone down from thousands to just a hundred or so for the Shortlisted Brands who’ll be announced in mid February along with a sprinkling of Urban Eco, MOA and Dr Weil (Origins) for an extra dose of winter greenery.
