Here’s a cracker for September! To celebrate Organic Beauty Week (19-25 Sept) YOU mag have teamed up with the Soil Association to boost awareness of all the green gorgeousness of organic beauty.

Lots of your favourites in this box which is just £20 but packed with goodies worth over £75. Hoping it’s not sold out by the time this post goes live, so if you love the look of it you can get it HERE

The treats include:

NEAL’S YARD REMEDIES’ iconic (Beauty Shortlist winner!) Wild Rose Balm, an absolute staple in my handbag

BOTANICALS Radiance Facial Serum

SKIN & TONIC’s Rose Facial Mist

Quick side note/venting session: Greenwashing is hideous!  I have zero time for brands that pretend to be green and clean just to boost sales (they know all too well how organic beauty is skyrocketing!)  They should clean up their acts. It’s one thing being a brand that is not organic…it’s a whole other thing being a brand that is not organic that pretends to be “all natural/organic”!! Deception is unethical.

2 Ways to Know if a Product is Really Natural/Organic or not

Read the label, it’s the only way to know what’s inside and “LOOK FOR THE LOGO” which is the Soil Association’s big message this month.  When you see an eco/organic organisation logo on a product you know it’s approved, so keep an eye out for the SA logo – the number of brands endorsed by them is growing and it’s a surefire way to know you’re putting good stuff on your skin (lips, eyelashes, nails, everywhere!)

If you’re still exploring organic beauty, this is a lovely line-up and if you’re already in love…you’ll love it too. I know all of these brands except Kiki.

QUICK REMINDER!

I am travelling on Friday 9 September for three days (not a glam jet set trip, more of a trains, planes and buses voyage, so I’ll be back online properly on Monday and not on social media that much for the next few days).  Hope you have a great weekend and please share your support and spread the word for #OrganicBeautyWeek!  xx
