EYE OF HORUS Goddess Mascara, Liquid Define and Eye Pencils

Aussie makeup brand Eye of Horus has just landed in the UK and let’s just say if you’ve been looking for a mascara with natural ingredients that stays on as long as you want it to and comes off as soon as you’re ready for bed….hello!

EOH’s unique ‘stay on, sweep off’ Moringa Oil and wax-based formula has made it their hero product and it’s brilliant if you have sensitive eyes.

Goddess Mascaras lash-extending, anti-clog formula contains vitamins, fatty acids and antioxidants and we can vouch for the fact that it does what it says on the wand – we tried and tested it last month.  It might not be the cheapest mascara on the market at £17.00 but if your eyes are sensitive or you prefer a more natural formula then this product is a real goddess-send and well worth the investment. We liked it for its natural  – not too thick, and visibly lengthening, and it seems to help keep lashes more supple (one extra point!) Currently available in black, a dark brown option would definitely be on our wish list (EOH please make one!)

The two other stand-outs we really liked and would definitely recommend from this range new to the UK were:

The Goddess Eye Pencils, in Black, Bronze, Charcoal, Teal and Serpentine (£13 each). Intensely pigmented and super easy to apply because of their special soft wax, high definition, smudge-proof formula. (We tested the “Black” but the Teal looks tempting – next on the list).

Liquid Define £13. Officially semi-useless with liquid eyeliners? Join the club. Which is why we loved EOH’s felt tip pen applicator which inks your eyelid with an instant drying, fine jet-black line in one “felt swoop”.  Once again, EOH have managed to come up with a formula that’s easy to apply, dries in nanoseconds, is totally smudge-proof and water resistant.  (Side note: probably one of the easiest-to-apply eyeliners we have tested this year.)

Eye of Horus do not test on animals, their products are paraben-free, and are specially formulated for sensitive eyes.
