Gwyneth Paltrow, the face of Max Factor’s new Modern Icon Campaign
In an homage to the man that started it all, Mr. Max Factor himself, MF’s new Modern Icon campaign sees Gwyneth Paltrow transformed into Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Brigitte Bardot, Farrah Fawcett and Madonna.
Featuring a look from the forties, fifties, sixties, seventies and eighties – each with a modern twist and led by superstar MUA and Global Creative Design Director Pat McGrath – the campaign kicks off with a fresh take on 1970s glamour (yes, the unforgettable Farrah!)
We love the fanned out lashes and bronzed cheekbones against Gwyneth’s trademark flawless skin (erm, excuse us while we ditch the bread that’s just popped out of the toaster and whizz up a “Clean” smoothie instead, we’ve been meaning to read Dr. Alejandro Junger’s book for months so this is obviously a sign.)
