SARAH CHAPMAN’s SKINESIS RANGE

Celebrity makeup artist Jemma Kidd, YOU Magazine’s beauty expert Bella Blissett and actress Katherine Kelly (who plays Lady Mae in our Sunday night addiction Mr Selfridge) are all fans of Sarah Chapman’s Eye Recovery, and it was QVC’s Beauty Product of the Month in February.

One thing that really struck us while judging last year’s inaugural Beauty Shortlist Awards was how the skincare ranges designed by top facialists stood out in a league of their own. Vaishaly, Emma Hardie, Jane Scrivner, Una Brennan (her Super Facialist range is now at Boots) and Sarah Chapman (Skinesis) all know skin inside out and how to get the skin we’re in back into balance.  A lot of the ranges launched recently by plastic surgeons and dermatologists are also worth a look at if you’re thinking of switching from a department store brand to target specific skin issues, although as a general rule those veer in a more clinical/cosmeceutical/medical direction, and are less aromatherapy/plant or flower extract/essential oil-based.

Three Sarah Chapman products we already know and love (the Ultimate Cleanse, Dynamic Defence SPF15 and Overnight Facial) star in this special QVC 5-Piece Daily Essentials Collection (shown) and if you don’t know Skinesis but are tempted to try it, then this airport-friendly kit is a nice set to dip into.  You get:

  • 1 x Ultimate Cleanse (15ml)
  • 1 x Dynamic Defence SPF15 (15ml) – Shea butter, antioxidants + essential oils
  • 1 x Overnight Facial (5ml) – Frangipani, jasmine, rose & tuberose essential oils + peptides, vitamins, omega oils + antioxidants.
  • 1 x Overnight Exfoliant (5ml)
  • 1 x cleansing mitt
