New: MELVITA L’OR BIO

We spotted Melvita’s new L’Or Bio last week and although we haven’t had a chance to try it yet, it looks like a golden wonder at a very affordable price – £25 for 100ml. And if you’re partial to a good multi-tasker, this face, body and hair oil would fit the bill.

5 precious organic oils put the “extraordinary” into this “Huile Extraordinaire” because you don’t just get a hit of Argan, there are four more skin superstars in the globe-trotting line up:

Argan oil from Morocco (great for skin, hair and nails), Kendi oil from Indonesia, Inca Inchi oil from Amazonia (both regenerating), Brazilian Buriti oil (which has been making an appearance in more products recently), and Pracaxi oil (which can help clear acne, scars and is beautifully healing).

As avid bee lovers we have a soft spot for Melvita.  French and resolutely organic, the brand was founded in 1983 by biologist and beekeeper Bernard Chevilliat who is 100% passionate about protecting bees. (For more on the serious bee decline and why we really, really need our bees – and to sign FOE’s petition – see Friends of the Earth’s Bee Cause Campaign)

NEW: MELVITA L’OR BIO £25/100ml

    Have a great day!

We’re going to try it next week and will let you know, it just looked far too good not to share – especially at such an affordable price. Have you tried Melvita products before? This lovely French brand that makes a lot of ‘bee beauty products’ – one of our faves x

Whoa, the packaging looks so much like Nuxe oil, but I guess this is way better since it’s all natural 🙂

Have you actually tried this oil? Looks very good!
