HERE’S TO A BEAUTIFUL 2012
Karen Brady said in a magazine column this month that she’s focusing less on New Year’s Resolutions and more on making better choices. There’s an idea (our resolutions have a habit of fizzling out fast). Shouldn’t January/February be about recharging our sun-deprived batteries? Chilly grey months call for super-pampering. Mood-boosting, spirit-lifting stuff… scented baths, glowing candles, (healthy) comfort food, exercise, maximising our exposure to daylight and somehow finding a bit of extra “me” time – especially if you’re a mum.
Whatever you have planned for the new year, we wish you a healthy, happy, peaceful one, full of the promise of new opportunities along with old, familiar comforts and fresh beginnings. Filled to the brim with the things and people that make your heart sing.
